Customer Account Specialist – Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. Do you have strong customer service skills and an interest in finance? As a Customer Account Specialist on Uline’s Finance team, you’ll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. No tax experience required; we provide training.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state‑of‑the‑art customized software.
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements.
• Calculate and process sales tax credits.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask.
