Job Description

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate clients on using technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Perform branch operations, managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM according to bank policies.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
  • Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
  • Ability to elevate the client experience and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
