EssentialJob Duties
- Monitor case activity to ensure cases are resolved efficiently, consistently and timely, in accordance with relevant regulations (e.g., ECOA, TILA, UDAAP).
- Manage consumer complaint escalations and direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for research and resolution.
- Ensure accuracy of complaint responses in a timely manner.
- Draft and maintain complaint policies, procedures and related documentation.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and key risks, and consult with business leaders on recommended corrective action.
- Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with different business units and internal stakeholders to guide, plan, and implement process improvements.
- Utilize established internal controls and auditing systems to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance issues.
- Keep current on compliance requirements and regulatory changes and developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 2+ years of experience in consumer compliance or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- 2+ years of experience supporting, partnering with, and interacting with internal business clients.
- Ability to interpret compliance regulations and apply them to business requirements and workflows.
- Actively engage in day‑to‑day interactions/relationships within the compliance management framework.
- Act as a liaison with legal/compliance.
- Skilled with a CRM system.
- Base computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of detail and organization.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Communicate with all levels of management across the organization.
- Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Welcomes and adapts well to change.
- Work is performed in a standard office setting; noise level is usually quiet, sedentary with occasional light lifting up to 20 lbs.
Pay ranges from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
