Senior AEI Analyst

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior AEI Analyst with a strong blend of Operational expertise and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEI) regulatory knowledge. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring our annual AEI reporting is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while supporting the ongoing development and improvement of our processes.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, provide guidance on complex queries, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What will you be doing?
  • Create and submit annual AEI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and support Annual Processing activities.
  • Support Recalcitrant customer work.
  • Conduct procedural reviews and support process mapping exercises.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date AEI regulatory knowledge and apply it to operational procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Carry out impact assessments for system or process changes.
  • Act as a key liaison between business areas, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Participate in testing, implementation activities, and team training.
  • Support the team by handling complex queries and escalations.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, improve quality and increase capacity.
  • Ensure the team delivers high‑quality reporting ahead of tight deadlines.
  • Work with colleagues to allocate work effectively, adjusting plans as needed to meet business demands.
