OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on investment professional to help build and lead our investment platform. This individual will take ownership of portfolio construction, optimization, and investment decision‑making across the firm while partnering closely with our OCIO and leadership team.
This is not a passive oversight role. The ideal candidate is someone who still enjoys doing the analytical work directly, making investment decisions, and improving systems and processes over time.
This position offers a clear path toward a future Chief Investment Officer role as the firm continues to scale.
What You'll Do- Own and improve the firm’s portfolio optimization and investment process

- Work closely with our OCIO while independently assessing recommendations
- Analyze portfolio performance, exposures, attribution, and risk
- Use Bloomberg and/or Fact Set directly for portfolio and investment analysis
- Help standardize implementation across portfolios and improve consistency
- Partner with trading and operations teams to ensure clean execution
- Serve as an internal resource for investment-related questions and strategy
- Contribute to the long‑term evolution of the firm’s investment platform
- 7–15+ years of experience in portfolio management, asset allocation, OCIO or multi‑asset environments, or institutional/sophisticated RIA platforms
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, investment analytics, and performance attribution
- Direct experience using Bloomberg and/or Fact Set is required
- Strong Excel skills required
- CIMA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Experience with or familiarity in Python programming is highly desirable
- Comfortable both leading and personally executing analytical work
- A hands‑on investor and analytical thinker
- Comfortable owning decisions and outcomes
- Able to simplify complex investment topics clearly
- Interested in building something long term, not just managing an existing system
- Motivated by ownership, accountability, and impact
- Direct influence on the future investment direction of the firm
- Opportunity to build and shape an evolving investment platform
- High level of visibility and responsibility
- Collaborative leadership environment
- Clear path toward a senior investment leadership role
