Corporate Controller

The role is to partner directly with the CFO, Founder, and senior leadership to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions while contributing to broader operational initiatives and strategy.

• Lead and develop the finance team, establishing clear expectations and empowering staff to take ownership.
• Oversee accounts payable, month‑end close, financial controls, reporting, and budget‑to‑actual analysis.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit and collaborate with the CPA firm on tax planning initiatives.
• Manage core cash and treasury functions, analyzing and predicting cash flows to position the company for financial success.
• Participate in key corporate decisions with the executive team, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
