68851 – Mortgage Loan Officers – Lincoln or Omaha, NE. A well-established financial institution with assets around $500 million seeks to add Mortgage Originators to the team. This opportunity can be based in either Lincoln or Omaha. They seek a motivated, seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with at least three years of experience. The institution offers a strong product mix, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, and uses conventional underwriting.
This is a high-performing mortgage division that retains a majority of loans in-house.
- Originate mortgage loans across conventional, FHA, and VA product lines.
- Retain a majority of originated loans in-house through effective processing and underwriting collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a balanced business mix: approximately 50% from an existing customer base and 50% from self-sourced opportunities.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other centers of influence to generate new business.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
