Greet clients and create a welcoming environment upon entry to the branch;
Assist with account servicing and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on technology self-service options and digital banking tools;
Build trusted relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork to meet clients' financial goals;
Perform branch operations tasks such as managing cash devices and maintaining cash handling procedures
