Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to support the bank's lending operations and loan systems. This role is responsible for administering lending platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting loan operations, and serving as a key resource for loan processing, servicing, reporting, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills.

- Administer and support lending systems, loan operations, and loan accounting functions.
- Develop and improve operational procedures, training programs, and system processes.
- Partner with internal teams to implement regulatory and technology updates.
- Monitor quality control, reporting, compliance, and operational performance.
- Provide support for loan servicing, audits, system conversions, and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Five years of banking, lending, or loan operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of loan operations, loan servicing, and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
