Personal Banker

Role Description: The Person al Banker is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lincoln, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for providing individualized banking solutions by opening and maintaining personal accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and assisting customers with everyday financial transactions. The Person al Banker will explain bank products and services, help customers select appropriate accounts and services, and support them with questions or issues related to their finances.

The role requires a strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to build long-term banking relationships.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Personal Banking, including everyday consumer banking needs and basic financial products.
• Experience with Deposits and transactions, including handling cash, checks, and electronic payments with accuracy and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability in Opening New Accounts, such as checking, savings, and other deposit accounts, while following regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy branch environment.
• Comfort with banking technology, including core banking systems, digital banking tools, and standard office software.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with all bank policies and regulatory standards.
