Director, Tax & Financial Planning - Wealth Management

As a CPA, your experience guiding high net worth individuals through tax planning strategies becomes valuable while creating all-inclusive and holistic financial plans for ultra-high-net worth individuals. This could become your chance to migrate from tax into the lucrative field of wealth management. The following is an overview of the work:

• As Director of Tax & Financial planning, you will take ownership for the planning function for all clients, and being the point person for the most complex high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Create plans that include estate planning, business liquidation planning, RSU, qualified, and non-qualified stock option exercising strategies, deferred compensation plans, 72(t), Roth conversions with IRMAA analysis, using QCDs to manage RMDs, withdrawal sequence planning and much more.
• Review tax returns produced by the client’s CPA while creating holistic and comprehensive financial plans that maximize wealth creation, preservation, while minimizing tax liability.
• Work closely with the CEO and wealth advisors while gathering all financial information to complete the plan.
• Creating comprehensive plans and all supporting analysis while using state of the art software, and planning tools that create impressive well thought out plans.
• Present financial plans to customers alongside the CEO and wealth advisor while discussing various short and long-term options.
• Hire, coach, and mentor Junior planners to ensure we have a high quality team well positioned to deliver excellent solutions for all clients.
