Loan Servicing Representative (Full Time)
Location: Lincoln, NE
- Responds to routine servicing inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Researches routine payment questions, transaction activity, payoff requests, escrow inquiries, and general account questions.
- Assists with routine system error resolution, account maintenance, and servicing research.
- Protects the banks assets and maintains the confidentiality of customer information.
- Routes complex or out-of-scope issues to appropriate associates, departments, or supervisors
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefers at least two years of previous banking, lending, loan servicing, loan operations, or customer service experience.
- Prefers knowledge of current lending regulations.
- Requires computer proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Communicates clearly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality and using tact and discretion
