As part of your application, you’ll complete a brief supplemental questionnaire. This helps our Talent Acquisition Team understand your preferences — like what type of interview you want and where you’d like to be placed — so we can tailor the interview process and match you with the most relevant opportunities.

We offer convenient interview slots at 10 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM, and 3 PM, depending on current availability. Simply choose a time that works best for you — we’re happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

Complete a quick background check release form.

Once you’ve completed the interview and background check process, you’ll be placed into our SOS Temporary Program Candidate Pool.

Benefits & Pay

Most roles pay between $14 - $19 per hour, depending on the position.
Assignments lasting 6+ months and 20+ hours/week may qualify for:
Health and dental insurance
