gs-14: you qualify at the gs-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the gs-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.

• advising leadership on long-range planning and organizational priorities to support mission objectives;
• analyzing data to make recommendations on criminal investigative programs to include producing reports, analyses, communications, training, or system recommendations;
• providing technical oversight to staff who are responsible for conducting program and operational analyses;
• creating and implementing policy or procedural improvements to enhance organizational performance.
