Community Development Specialist, Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD

Lincoln Trail Area Development District (LTADD), a multi-jurisdictional, planning and development agency, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to serve as Community Development Specialist. Position provides direct support and coordination within the Community Development department. Requires a Master’s degree in Planning, Public Administration, Political Science or related field; and at least one-year related experience. A Bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields combined with three years of related experience is acceptable.

Areas of work concentration include community planning and development with emphasis on State and Federal programs. Must have grant writing and loan packaging skills, be able to handle multiple projects, and work effectively with staff, public officials and general public; and, provide technical assistance in the areas of data collection, report formulation and analysis. Salary Range: $38,500 – $43,000
