Location: Dialysis Center of Lincoln

Experience Needed: None – We train you!

Training: 12 weeks of paid, hands‑on training

Starting rate is $19.42. Goes up based on healthcare experience

Being a Patient Care Technician isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to give life. You’ll provide one‑on‑one care to patients during dialysis treatments, helping them feel safe, supported, and cared for.

• Care for up to 4 patients at a time
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis
• Record vital signs and observations
• Set up and clean dialysis machines
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and your team

• Shifts start as early as 4:15 AM
• Work 3–4 days/week
• Shifts are typically 10–12 hours
• Closed Sundays
• Every other Saturday required

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 19+ years old (Nebraska requirement)
• Enroll in Nebraska Dialysis Technician Registry upon hire
• Earn national certification (CCHT via NNCC) within 18 months
