Provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence);
Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation;
Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing care needs;
Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan and HIPAA privacy requirements
