What You’ll Do- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and trauma‑informed space for all clients.
- Support a caseload of up to 50 consumers with substance use and co‑occurring disorders.
- Complete needs assessments and partner with clients to develop individualized recovery plans.
- Provide monthly face‑to‑face support to check progress, offer encouragement, and identify needs.
- Deliver peer counseling that inspires hope, builds resilience, and strengthens relapse‑prevention skills.
- Coordinate essential services such as healthcare, housing, transportation, education, and more.
- Collaborate with a passionate team through weekly staffings and shared problem‑solving.
- Accurately document client interactions in their Electronic Health Record.
- Assist clients with transportation using your personal vehicle when needed.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of related experience.
- A passion for helping others achieve independence.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, culturally aware approach.
- Flexibility to participate in on‑call rotation.
- Personal recovery experience (we value lived expertise).
- Knowledge of social service and human service networks.
