, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, clinically competent medical care to our nation’s veterans. We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented, and highly organized Medical Assistant to join our mission-driven team in Lincoln.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our clinical operations—providing both direct patient care and essential administrative support in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

- Clinical Care: Measure vital signs, draw blood samples, and conduct diagnostic tests to support providers and clinical staff.

Experience:
Greet veterans with empathy, manage office functions, and ensure a positive, respectful environment. - Administrative Excellence: Coordinate appointments, manage telephone inquiries, and handle complex patient registration and scheduling.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate files, records, and logs while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED and a Medical Assistant (MA) diploma from an accredited program are required.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience (Primary Care, Family Care, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in blood draws (phlebotomy), vitals, and diagnostic testing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- 3+ years of clinical experience (Required)
- Active BLS Certification (Required)
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
