Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the wellness in line with Swissôtel brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five star guest care, cleaning standards and grooming. Responsible for revenue generation through retail and up selling of all Spa services.

• Performing massage & body services within the standards of Swissôtel
• Guest Relations
• Upsell
• Welcoming & Farewell
• Ensuring that the treatment and back of house areas are clean and well maintained at all times

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist required (Minimum 1-2 years)
• Certification from an accredited school of Massage required
• Current professional licenses
• CPR and First Aid certification is required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
