Salary & Bonus Potential$80,000 - $100,000 Competitive salary coupled with uncapped Utilization Bonus Potential per pay period (realistic opportunities).

- Assessment & Treatment Design:
Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to design individualized treatment plans of care
. - Program Development:
Design and implement positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans, using innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. - Supervision and Training:
Supervise, train, implement, and monitor the progress of ABA technicians (RBTs), ensuring the gold standard of care is delivered consistently. - Family
Collaboration:
Provide caring support and training during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. - Data Analysis & Modification:
Continuously graph data
, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries. - Service Delivery:
Deliver compassionate, individually tailored treatment plans across various settings, including center, home, and school-based services
.
- Certification:
Valid BCBA Certificate issued by the BACB. - Licensure:
Nebraska LBA Licensure (if applicable, or willingness to obtain). - Experience:
Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. - Logistics:
Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and a valid driver's license. - Schedule:
Monday to Friday. - Travel Requirement:
Up to 25% travel.
