Eventide Senior Living - 4620 Randolph Street - Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation;
Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follow department protocol for documentation;
Follow the comprehensive care plan/service plan for each resident;
Prepare, plate and serve meals and assist with dining room housekeeping and laundry as needed
