We offer a two week PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones through teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy services to children with autism, supporting and challenging them to reach new milestones through skill acquisition and behavior modification under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Work 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician
- Ensure all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered
- Update working availability in the EMR platform and communicate availability changes with Client Advocate
- Communicate regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s)
- Comply with and follow the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism
- Perform other related duties as required
- 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED
- Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro‑divergent behaviors
- Minimum 1 year working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training (training will be provided if not completed)
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB
Salary: USD $19.00 – $23.00 /hr
