Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions.

Ability to communicate effectively bothverballyand in writing.

Ability to delegate, provide instruction and evaluate the work ofLPN’s and unlicensed professional

Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Ability to exercise professional judgment, courtesy and tact in daily interactions with others.
