The Key provides premium in-home care for older adults, giving aspiring healthcare and human service professionals direct 1-on-1 clinical and personal care experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist seniors with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication management.
Transport clients to local errands and appointments.
Practice professional client communication and shift documentation.
What We're Looking ForProfessional demeanor, kindness, and exceptional communication skills.
Pre-med, allied health, or psychology majors looking for client interaction experience.
Strong reliability, sound judgment, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Driver's license, insured vehicle, U.S. work authorization, and clear background check.

Weekly pay ($16.00–$18.00/hr) plus overtime & holiday pay
