Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a compassionate, experienced Hospice Social Worker to join Hillcrest Hospice in Lincoln, Nebraska. You’ll help patients and families navigate emotional, social, practical, and financial challenges of serious illness and end-of-life care.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide psychosocial support, care planning, advocacy, and resource coordination, while building trusted relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
