US Neuro is a nationwide provider of intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) and EEG services. We work closely with leading hospitals and surgical teams to enhance patient safety during complex procedures. • Operate and troubleshoot IONM equipment
  • Recognize and respond to critical changes in neurophysiological data
  • Communicate clearly with surgical and anesthesia teams during procedures
  • Document case findings thoroughly and in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with supervising neurologists (remote or in-person)
  • Mentor junior technologists as needed

Qualifications

  • CNIM certification (preferred) or eligibility required
  • 2+ years of experience performing IONM independently
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring craniotomy procedures
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and case management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different surgeons, workflows, and hospital environments
  • Willingness to participate in early-morning or occasional after-hours cases
