We are looking for Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide support and guidance to people as they learn and develop important daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible.

• Assist with daily tasks and chores such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
• Support and promote good hygiene practices
• Run errands such as shopping and attending appointments
• Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
• Provide habilitation and documentation
• Follow health and safety protocols
• Ensure individuals' needs are met while preserving dignity and personal choice
• Provide day‑to‑day care to individuals residing in their own homes
• Assist and guide budgeting for individuals, including handling money management activities
• Help individuals plan and participate in social and recreational activities
• Complete and maintain all required documentation on the web‑based system trained on by the employee
• Follow the individual safety plan
• Complete daily documentation (ISPS Data)
• Monitor program compliance and progress with the Individual Service Plan
• Provide a safe living environment that meets individual needs
• Communicate effectively with the team
• Establish and maintain professional and productive working relationships
• Maintain regular attendance
• Attend Individual Service Planning meetings (ISP) when required
• Administer medication as scheduled and monitor health changes
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle for shift transportation
• Pass all background checks
• Full range of motion, physical strength, and the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

• Ability to travel both in and out of city limits
• Lifting under 25 lbs and carrying equipment/material as required
