Country House Lincoln I | Lincoln, NE | 25th & Old Cheney

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.

  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.

  • Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.

  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.

  • Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

  • Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.

What You’ll Bring
  • Required Certification: Hold an active 40-hour Medication Aide certification in Nebraska.

  • Communication

    Skills:

    Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.

  • Attention to Detail: Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Basic Computer

    Skills:

    Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.

  • Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.

  • Dependability: Be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
