As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will play a crucial role in leading our senior living community, providing high-quality care and services to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

• Oversee the overall operation of the skilled nursing facility, including budget management, staff supervision, and quality care initiatives
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services to residents
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
• Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and continuous improvement

• Current LNHA licensure in the State of Missouri
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a long-term care or senior living setting, with a strong background in administrative leadership
