• Set up banquet rooms according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and floor plans.
• Arrange tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, and other event equipment.
• Set tables with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and centerpieces.
• Ensure banquet rooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready before each event.
• Set up buffet lines, beverage stations, bars, and other food service areas.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all equipment and room setups meet hotel standards.
• Complete room setups within scheduled timelines to ensure events begin on time.
• Make room setup changes as requested by guests, supervisors, or event planners.
• Tear down banquet rooms after events and return furniture and equipment to storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and work as a team to provide exceptional guest service.

Minimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role Food safety certification preferred

Ability to communicate effectively verbally Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
