- Set up banquet rooms, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and event equipment according to the BEO.
- Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations before and throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain clean and organized banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Clear plates, glasses, and other items from tables efficiently and discreetly.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.
- Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning tables, removing linens, storing equipment, and resetting the room.
Minimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role Food safety certification preferred
