Job Description:

Are you passionate about recruiting, outreach, and making a meaningful impact in the workforce? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment, onboarding, and outreach efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and social media engagement while working alongside a dynamic Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support outreach initiatives, such as attending career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.

* Contribute to social media strategies by creating content for Linked In, Facebook, and other platforms to promote job opportunities and employer branding.

* Help coordinate and enhance internship and talent pipeline programs.

* Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks, drug screens, and collecting new hire paperwork.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics.

* Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

* Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
