Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will help oversee and manage administrative, operational, and functional assistance with various HR duties, employee relations, and policy enforcement.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee human resource files and documentation, keeping employee database up to date.
  • Assists with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Serves as a reliable source of information for employees by answering frequently asked questions or referring the employee to the appropriate individual.
  • Assists with employee attendance and issues written warnings according to the attendance policy.
  • Oversee employee performance reviews for managers, ensures they are done in a timely manner.
  • Performs administrative duties such as filing, scanning, researching, data entry, etc.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Some college preferred
  • Prior related experience required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize job duties
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain professionalism
  • Outstanding verbal and oral communication skills
  • Keen ability to listen and follow instructions
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
