Oversee all aspects of our benefits programs. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing the entire benefits lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing benefits offerings to meet the needs of our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of benefits regulations. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments and provide exceptional customer service to employees.##

* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Manage all aspects of benefits administration, including the annual open enrollment process, enrollment, eligibility verification, and communication with benefits providers.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), 5500 filing requirements, and other regulatory filings.
* Oversee the annual benefits audit process, working closely with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance our benefits offerings, taking into account industry best practices and the needs of our diverse workforce.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on benefits-related initiatives and policies.
* Analyze benefits data and metrics to identify trends, make recommendations for improvements, and measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs.
* Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to administer certain benefits programs or address specialized needs.## ##

* EDUCATION:

** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.##

* EXPERIENCE:

** 5 years of experience in benefits administration##
