The Technical Coordinator is an important position within the Human Resources Department and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on matters of business significance. The position is primarily responsible for providing coordination and training for the district appraisal system. The position compiles and manages staff information for the Nebraska Staff and Student Record System (NSSRS) for the Nebraska Department of Education for use in the State of the Schools Report.
Finally, the position supervises, monitors and manages the creation of personnel records, along with other employment-driven records within the HRIS system.
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Computer Science or related field preferred.
Required Experience:
Experience in personnel office or payroll department preferred. Experience with CORE and Google Workspace .
Calendar: 260-day / 8 hrs
Salary: $52,.00 per year commensurate with qualifications and experience
