Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a driven, high‑energy recruiter with experience in creating successful recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline.

• Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non‑passive candidates.
• Act as the face of the company by building community relationships and promoting the brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes.
• Serve as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with company values.
• Manage the entire hiring process from screening, interviews, to offers.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.

College degree or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years in high‑volume or technical recruiting.
• Proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high‑volume hiring to technical and sales positions.

• Solution‑focused with creativity in implementing recruiting strategies.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and highly organized.
• Clear communicator with exceptional time management.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to navigate changing priorities.
• Collaborative and excellent team player.

• Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
• Remain stationary for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Travel requirement of 10%.
