Duncan Aviation is seeking a highly driven Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to support and grow our AI initiatives. If you are eager to take on meaningful challenges that help shape the future of AI where you work, we would love to have you on our team.

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning (ML) solutions to optimize business processes, drive innovation, and enhance end-user experiences.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis of intelligent systems and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to deliver effective business solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify, evaluate, and shape AI technologies for the organization.
• Research, prototype, and experiment with AI/ML tools, models, architectures, and algorithms; select models based on the business problem.
• Prepare datasets for AI/ML modeling including data cleaning, preprocessing, validation, and feature engineering.
• Design, build, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models with evaluation metrics; monitor models and determine retraining needs due to drift, data growth, or changes.
• Integrate and deploy AI systems with production data, workflows, and applications; optimize inference pipelines for real-time performance and scale.
• Create clear documentation of AI systems, models, algorithms, assumptions, and processes; track KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Communicate model architecture, decisions, behavior, and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay up to date with latest AI techniques and tools, including NLP techniques and large language models.
• Collaborate to create, administer, and maintain CI/CD and MLOps pipelines.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and legal requirements; address bias, fairness, and explainability concerns.

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field required. Background in Machine Learning, Statistics, or Data Science strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Python required;
  Java or C++ beneficial.
• Knowledge of ML/DL concepts, model architectures, training types, optimization techniques, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) preferred.
• Experience with data processing tools (Num Py, Pandas, SQL) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
