- Design, configure, and maintain Workday security across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits to support healthcare operational and compliance requirements
- Manage role-based, domain, business process, and user-based security, including security testing and audit support
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance teams to troubleshoot access issues and implement least-privilege security models
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations by validating security impacts and performing regression testing
- Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and internal security policies
