KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Partner and Executive Performance Development and Career Architecture to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities- Serve as the Director's execution partner, translating strategy into detailed implementable plans and independently managing execution across multiple concurrent work streams, including process enhancements and systems updates
- Manage day-to-day delivery across the annual PD lifecycle by coordinating activities, tracking progress, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and resolving execution issues
- Collaborate with technology teams to support PD system enhancements, including requirements clarification, testing coordination, and deployment readiness; perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for technology tools, documenting results, validating business requirements, and coordinating remediation
- Work cross-functionally with PD team members, HR leadership, HR communications, HR Business Advisors, and other enablement teams to drive adoption and consistent utilization of PD processes and systems; support readiness and change efforts by coordinating communications, guidance materials, and stakeholder inputs for PD initiatives
- Maintain operational rigor and audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation to support audits, and governance processes
- Support PD analytics and reporting by coordinating data collection and validation;
Produce clear, executive-ready analyses and reports that inform PD decisions - Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in HR program management or operations, including at least three years independently managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs and at least two years supporting executive leader populations
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal day-to-day direction
- Proven project management and execution skills in highly-matrixed, or regulated environments; track record of ability to self-manage, prioritize work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups; advanced working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including building analyses, tracking complex workflows, and developing executive-ready materials independently
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort operating in regulated environments

California Salary Range: $87,800 – $185,000
