Position: ALLO is hiring: Marketing Web Lead in Lincoln

ALLO Fiber’s website is the front door to our brand and the most visible marketing tool. It provides vital information to potential customers and serves as our largest sales tool. A performant, optimized website with an exceptional user experience is of utmost importance. The Marketing Web Lead will enhance our digital presence, optimize user engagement and conversions across our web properties, and drive online success through data‑driven insights, conversion rate optimization, and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with software engineering, product owners, creative designers, marketing executives, and other team members to identify business needs and website development, copy, design, and testing goals within our Word Press environment. Conduct assessments, recommend testing areas, and guide A/B testing, Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking, data capture, and attribution strategies.
  • Development Solution Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and analyze A/B, multivariate, personalization, and multipage tests for landing pages, user flows, and conversion optimization in Word Press. Partner with design to translate mockups into web experiences. Set up, debug, and maintain Google Tag Manager for pixel tracking across paid social channels. Demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript, SCSS, HTML, PHP, and collaborate with marketing to execute objectives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Assess marketing campaign effectiveness by analyzing traffic and conversion data, identify opportunities to enhance landing pages, call‑to‑actions, and lead‑generation strategies, and work with the Digital Marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in user feedback sessions, gather insights for continuous improvement, identify and resolve issues or bugs promptly, and work with the in‑house engineering team to implement changes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with digital marketing updates, best practices, and industry trends; identify opportunities to optimize and enhance websites, lead conversion rates, and user flows.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Use the Bright Edge platform to understand and implement short‑ and long‑term SEO strategy at both market and regional levels, increasing rankings for ALLO on specific keywords and search terms.
  • Reporting and Insights Generation: Compile and present data‑driven insights to stakeholders, highlight key trends, and offer concrete, actionable recommendations for website enhancements.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Expertise in web tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar platforms; strong data‑analysis skills; hands‑on SEO strategy experience; ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders; e‑commerce experience; multi‑project management; keen eye for detail; organizational skills; flexibility to pivot priorities.
  • Bonus Points – Desired Skills, But Not

    Required:

    Basic experience with Word Press, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and site performance/page‑speed analysis.
  • Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, communicate information, and travel 10% of the time.
