We are seeking two Technology Support Supervisors for our Technology Operations teams in delivering exceptional technology support across City and County departments. These roles are pivotal in aligning teams within the department to ensure consistent service delivery and collaboration, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Align Teams:
    Oversee Technology Operations teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across IS teams to create unified service plans and clear communication channels.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Identify customer needs, establish KPIs, maintain SLAs, and ensure outstanding service for internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously assess and enhance IT support processes, implementing best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Training & Development:
    Provide coaching, set stretch goals, and maintain a regular meeting cadence to support team growth and success.
  • System Administration:
    Manage and configure ticketing/CRM systems, develop and maintain workflows, and develop reporting for proactive problem management and capacity.
  • Vendor Collaboration & Budget Support:
    Maintain vendor relationships and assist with budget preparation for IS.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, business administration, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the use and development of computer systems plus supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
