Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software performance assurance and automation testing. The role requires expertise in performance testing tools, automation frameworks, and collaboration with development/product teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Execute detailed performance testing for complex software products
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Identify, report, and track performance defects to resolution
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve quality practices
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the performance team - Develop and enhance automated testing for CI/CD/CV pipelines
- 8+ years of experience in software development or performance testing
- Strong background in software performance assurance
- Experience with automation testing tools (Postman, Playwright, Selenium)
- Experience with performance testing tools (Load Runner, JMeter, K6)
- Experience with network/proxy tools (Fiddler, Wireshark)
- Database testing experience (SQL Server, IBM DB2)
