• Assign and monitor freight loads
• Track shipments and maintain detailed dispatch records
• Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays
• Ensure workflow accuracy and operational compliance
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
