Senior ServiceNow Developer

* ** Key Responsibilities*
* + Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the Service Now platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.

+ Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules.

+ Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

+ Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAP ctive Directory integration.

+ Experience in integrating Service Now with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.

+ Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts.

Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance.

+ Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth).

+ Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows.

Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.

CI/DC processes

Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $138,246, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
