Technical Service Representative – Wisconsin Distribution Centerth Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

As a Technical Service Representative, you will help customers maximize the performance of Uline products by providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and repair services. You will work Monday‑Friday, 10:30AM to 7PM in a fast‑moving distribution environment.

• Repair products returned by customers, including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for other departments, answering technical questions and supporting repair‑related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience is a plus.
