You will own IVR journeys, omnichannel design, WFM, and API based integrations in a customer-facing role from Lincoln, NE with a broader secondary location in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead workshops with customers, craft architecture diagrams, govern security and data privacy, and guide delivery teams
