Neogen is seeking a Customer Data Specialist I to generate and quality-check internal and external reports, ensuring timely data delivery to customers. You will handle standard data requests, manage Salesforce cases, and resolve data-related issues while supporting cross-functional teams.
This role requires 1–3 years in customer service, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Excel and data system skills. Experience with Salesforce, LIMS, Genomics systems, and SQL is a plus.
