Overview
Service Now System Administrator age, enhance and support the Service Now platform to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery across the North American company. Responsibilities- Manage Uline’s Service Now platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and Service Now customization.
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
