Allo-Communications is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Managed Services team. Support multiple business clients, troubleshoot Windows and MS 365, and handle basic networking and remote access. This role requires 2–5 years in a fast-paced help desk environment and strong customer service skills.
We operate a 4x10-hour shift schedule with some weekend days and potential to earn weekend differentials. Travel to client sites is required occasionally while most issues are resolved remotely.
